This month we had a number of fixes and enhancements deployed in TransIT.

This month’s fixes include:

Plans
– Fixed multi refence list sort

Workflows
– Fixed Start and End event details displaying in a Script
– Fixed quotes displaying weird characters
– Fixed custom column on Workflow dashboard not linking a custom reference list
– Fixed adding a Global Module to a Workflow not retaining the Module name
– Fixed pressing Enter key in outcome field moving cursor
– Fixed multi reference list not sorting correctly

Modules
– Fixed view changes icon taking you to Home page

Scripts
– Fixed find and replace only searching action
– Fixed Application not defaulting when inserting a Workflow or Module
– Fixed code values showing when adding a row (Position, Vendor, Application)
– Fixed search box searching active and inactive rows inside a Script
– Fixed filter on section in Functional Script
– Fixed wording “Hide Global Workflows” when adding a Workflow to a Script
– Fixed ability to search by Workflow number when importing into Scripts
– Fixed filter using funnel icons not retaining original step number

Issues
– Fixed issue dialog box to include Vendor and Application

Org Settings
– Fixed Vendor and Application error when importing a Global Module if it doesn’t exist
– Fixed import from Excel getting error message (blank rows skipped)
– Fixed adding a new project replaces Current State project name

Plans
– Added new Plan pop-up
– Added ability to type a message when sending an Email reminder for an activity

Workflows
– Added toggle icons for read only vs edit Workflow
– Added ability to view comments and attachments in read only mode
– Added ability to group elements in a Workflow diagram
– Added ability to download a Workflow diagram to PDF format
– Added decision gateway plain diamond / removed X from decision gateway diamond
– Added read only access to Tester user types
– Add new Workflow pop-up
– Added ability to create & edit Modules from a Workflow diagram
– Added ability to connect off page Workflows (incoming and outgoing)
– Added document and report elements
– Added Multi-User custom column to Workflow Dashboard
– Added ability to have more than 1 end event
– Added ability to filter and sort on all custom columns on Workflow dashboard
– Added alphabetical sort on categories with multiple categories added
– Moved upload XML file into Edit Workflow details

Modules
– Add new Module pop up

Scripts
– Blank Header fields show as a Stop Sign icon in the appropriate Action or Outcome cell as opposed to the entire row being red and the Header icon is now a pop-up
– Added ability to hide gateway labels when inserting/importing Workflows
– Add new Script pop up (Functional or Scenario Script options)
– Generate Scripts page deprecated
– Added Module number / name to Workflow when inserting into a Script
– Added Script name matches the name from TransIT when exporting to Excel
– Added a radio button to choose where to add an image to a test step
– Added header detail pop up to add header value
– Added inline editing of Scripts
– Added decision labels pulled into section
– Added ability for admins to review org settings from with Scripts

Issues

Plans
– Removed ability to double click and update status column
– Removed right click change status from options list
– Fixed filter and sort on Activity number column
– Removed blank value showing when right click change Assigned
Workflows
– Fixed end event text displaying in Script
– Editing a Workflow name now updates the name on the workflow diagram
– Fixed importing a Workflow into a Plan with existing Activities in the Plan
Scripts
– Fixed filter not working on Application column (list is now limited to script applications)
– Added remove all filters on Header Details page
– Fixed images not displaying correctly on a Script Step
Testing
– Fixed filter on Facility column on the Test Dashboard
– Restored functionality for Test Dashboard to display late Scripts (red) and – Script that are falling behind (yellow) icons
– Auto popup for fail/skip actions are not checked by default
Issues
– Fixed ability to change Project default when logging a new issue
– Fixed Requested Date not displaying once entered
Org Settings
– Fixed importing Users from Excel to correctly upload the selected User Type
– Added Vendor back to Position Logins

– Added user friendly audit log when changes are made to a Workflow

Script
– Added pop ups when inserting a workflow with multi positions for a swim lane
– Added ability to view image attached to a Script step
– Added ability to remove image from a Script step
Issues
– Added created date column on issue Dashboard
– Added AI search on Issue Dashboard
– Ability to create more than 1 bookmark
– Added ability to follow / unfollow issues
– Review selected issues includes bolding of current issue, scroll bar and next/previous icons
Org Settings
– Added a Client level setting to choose your forced log out time (contact Support to change)
– Added sign on warning with remaining log in attempts

– Added the ability to freeze panes (right click customize columns)
– Fixed changing dates on activities that have dependents now update correctly (refresh browser required)
– Add ability to color rows
– Fixed HTML displaying for a text area customize column when Exporting to Excel

– Added the ability to renumber Workflows
– Added the ability to multi select categories
– Added ability to create Customize columns on the Workflow Dashboard
– Added ability to export to Excel from preview steps page
– Added ability to select multi positions for a swim lane
Scripts
– Added a toggle to hide/unhide Global content when adding a Workflow to a Script
– Fixed updated column to update in real time
– Updated color of steps that have been updated
Testing
– Added remove all filters on the Roster page
– Added toggle for automatic pop ups for failed (issue) and skipped (notes)
Issues
– Fixed right click options not writing to the change log
– Fixed breadcrumb on the view changes page for an Issue
Org Settings
– Fixed importing users from Excel changes all users to Tester

This month’s fixes included:
– When restoring content (eg from deleted project), if the name already exists, a date & time stamp will be added into the name automatically (the time stamp can be removed using the right click edit option)
– Several breadcrumb updates to help navigate previous pages
– Removed HTML code from exports to Excel
– Fixed user code value showing instead of user names
– Updated email template when a user record notification is sent to a user
– Clicking TransIT Education page opens in new browser tab
– Fixed email/SMS notification to include the Plan name
– Fixed comments not importing from Excel
– Fixed Plans dashboard export to Excel displaying HTML code
– Added popup message when deleting attachments from an activity
– Fixed repositioning issue when inserting a row
– Fixed attachment deleting from both rows when a row was copied with an attachment
– Fixed repositioning issue when updating roster
– Fixed issue status code values displaying when editing an issue

– Ability to use enter key when signing into TransIT
– Removed ability to rename a custom reference list
– Attachments remain on your activity when using cut / copy functions in a Plan
– User Multiselect control type added to Plans customize columns
– Test download report downloads when no test notes are recorded
– Test note notifications for changes sent to assigned and reporter
– Issue filtered list retains your filters when clicking back arrow or bread crumb
