Virtual User Group Recording — November 2025


This month we had a number of fixes and enhancements deployed in TransIT.

This month's features include:

Home
- Added separate columns for total steps left and your steps left to Testing tile
- Added Issues Tile to Home Page

Plans
- Added ability to add and manage views on the Plans Dashboard
- Removed the 6-minute auto refresh on the Plans page
-Added ability to create a custom field using Date control type in Customize Columns
- Added Plan as a filter option (Bookmarks)
- Added ability to include hyperlinks in rich text cells (comments and text area)
- Added preview in Customize Columns
- Added ability to auto-create custom columns in a Plan using import from Excel when creating a new Plan

Timelines
- Added ability to link an existing or new Plan to a Timeline task
- Added ability to display Issue details once an issue is logged against a task
- Added Status column
- Added ability to enter Start and Finish dates
- Added Customize Columns

Scripts
- Added Position column to Scripts (hover to display log in information)
- Added ability to review Test Notes from a Script

Testing
- Added ability to see position information on Test Dashboard page (hover)

Issues
- Added paste from clipboard inside a comment to be a clickable image to enlarge
Added Project and Test Round options for Manage Views
Added ability to @someone in an issue comments
Added Teams to manage filters and bulk edit options

Org Settings
- Added ability to restrict individual User access to specified projects
- Added Teams to an individual User record
- Added ability to change email notifications template
-Added Teams to Project User Access
- Added ability to notify on Upcoming or Overdue tasks from Job Scheduler

User Settings
- Added setting to follow issues automatically when you commenting
- Added ability to choose All issues or Open issues as a default view on Issue Dashboard
